Contractual agreement of programming consultant services

The field of application is in passenger transport by train. The application is written in C++ under Windows OS (Visual Studio 2010 IDE). Video streaming technology used is the library GStreamer from GNome based on GLib framework. The purpose of this porting project is to upgrade the application to support the latest GStreamer version. We hope that it will solve many issues that have been reported by the customers in recent years.
